In Maintenance Guys, we have been striving to provide an equal and inclusive employment environment for every employee. Our purpose is to enable male and female employees to promote each other, so that potential female managers can continue to grow.
In order to better help female employees develop more, we have also formulated safeguards. The HR department reminds executives of the female talent pool and organizes training and networking events for them.
The "Women Leaders Program" launched by the company selects 30 high-potential female employees who are in the mid-career development stage and have an average work experience of 8-15 years for training. Since 2012, about 102 female employees of Maintenance Guys China have participated in the program.
